Our standards of quality start from day one of the harvesting season since our main promise is to deliver top quality olives in every campaign.
A system to control and analyze critical points and danger areas (APPCC) was implemented in 1999 throughout the entire production line, in addition to the Certificate ISSO 9002:2000 awarded by AENOR. In 2003 EXOLIVA gathered all the certifications of quality by BRC (British distribution) and IFS (French and German distribution) seeing its quality recognized once more.
EXOLIVA also promotes research, development and innovation, having dedicated complete working teams and departments to these areas in order to study opportunities to launch new products and packages which would help the business keep growing and meeting the most unimagined consumer's desires.
